The DermaSound™ 3 Step Process

The first phase involves a deep-cleaning of the skin by removing 20 to 50 percent of the stratum corneum—referring to the outer layer of the skin that we continuously shed. And to do this, the surface of the skin is prepped and loosened using water, then lightly scraped with the use of a small hand instrument afterward.
This process is also known as cavitation, which involves spinning water molecules using high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to gently remove dirt, oil, debris, and dead skin cells.
And contrary to popular belief, the peeling stage isn’t as painful as it seems. In fact, it is actually famous as a gentler alternative to other mechanical methods that cause irritation and inflammation.

– It depends on your skin condition. The frequency will be determined by the skin care consultant. You may start on a course of treatments initially spaced approximately 3-4 weeks apart. Then as the integrity of the skin progresses have maintenance treatments 4-6 weeks apart.
– It should always be used in conjunction with personalised skin care for optimum results. Well moisturised and exfoliated skin is more receptive to nutrient treatments. A series of treatments will strengthen the epidermis.
